Unfortunately, I couldn't get this livetrace image in there, so I had to opt for the B&W one I used in class . . . everything else was alright though.

I don't have a mac, so I couldn't get those suddenly brushes. I thought I'd saved it onto my jump drive, but apparently not . . . . so I tried to create my own :P

Illustrated text

Here's my purely illustration design. Instead of using my hometown, I used an artist's project name. I wish I'd used different text, but for some reason I couldn't find that helvetica text on my illustrator, and it didn't have a way of previewing it so it started out looking ok, then looked really childish after I bevelled it. I should've changed it right then rather than adding to it, cuz now I can't change it! >.<

this was actually really difficult, even though it probably looks simple. Just some things I distorted in illustrator took a very long time to render and it kept shutting down etc. . ..

I don't know why, I'm having a lot of trouble trying to color these things. It just doesn't work for me. The gradient randomly stops working, too. I'm just very confused. . . and does anyone know how I can color the backgrounds?

Homo Genus

Considering I was out of town since Thursday, I think this came out alright. I do have other parts I will add onto it later, and there were other things I wanted to do with it, but since I didn't have that much time, I think it came pretty close to what I wanted.
I hope it makes sense!

My other video won't upload, it won't even come up in photoshop, even though I made it on this computer. It keeps saying it isn't compatible with this version of photoshop which makes no sense .. . grr
